Experience Not Required: Previous experience with sterilization is recommended but not required. We are willing to provide comprehensive sterilization training to the right candidate who demonstrates attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and decontaminate used orthodontic instruments.

• Sort, package, and label instruments for sterilisation.

• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves) according to safety protocols.

• Monitor and document sterilization logs to ensure infection control compliance.

• Restock clinical treatment rooms and manage sterilization inventory.

• Maintain a clean and organized sterilization center.

Requirements

• Solid, dependable, and energetic work ethic.

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

• Enjoys being active and working in a fast-paced clinical setting.
