No Ortho Experience? No Problem: We welcome applicants with no orthodontic assisting background. Whether you are a new graduate or experienced in general dentistry, we provide ample training to help you acquire these highly sought-after clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Orthodontist chairside during clinical procedures (suctioning, passing instruments, isolation).
Prepare patients for orthodontic records and assist with photography.
Take radiographs (Panorex and Cephalogram) [Requires HARP Certification].
Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene, diet, and appliance care.
Maintain accurate patient charts and document visits in our software.
Perform lab tasks (e.g., pouring impressions and trimming models).
Assist with instrument sterilization and tray setup when necessary.
Requirements
Completion of an Ontario-accredited Level I Dental Assisting program.
HARP Certification is required (for taking radiographs).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
